Acknowledgment
These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between You and the Company. These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Service.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If You disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions then You may not access the Service.
To place an Order, You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract, or act with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian who places the Order and accepts responsibility for it.
Our Privacy Policy explains how We collect, use and protect personal information when You use the Website or place an Order. Please read it alongside these Terms.
Placing Orders for Goods
Select Your Goods and options, add them to the cart, enter Your billing and delivery details, and review and correct the Order before submitting payment. The total and available delivery and payment options are shown at checkout. Orders are handled in English. You may save or print these Terms and Your Order confirmation.
Submitting an Order is an offer to buy the Goods. An automatic email acknowledging receipt of an Order does not itself constitute acceptance. A contract is formed when We send an email expressly confirming acceptance of Your Order, or, if We have not sent a separate acceptance email, when We confirm dispatch of the relevant Goods. If We cannot accept an Order, We will notify You and refund any payment collected for it.
Your Information
When placing an Order, You must provide accurate information needed to process it, including Your name, email address, billing address and delivery details. A phone number may be requested where needed for delivery.
You represent that You are authorised to use the selected payment method and that the information You provide is accurate and complete. Payment details are submitted through the payment provider’s secure checkout facilities. Do not send card numbers or other sensitive payment information through Our contact form.
Order and payment information is used to process Your purchase as described in Our Privacy Policy.
Order Cancellation
Before acceptance, We may decline an Order because the Goods are unavailable, information is incomplete, a material description or pricing error has occurred, or a transaction appears fraudulent or unauthorised. We will notify You and refund any payment collected for a declined or cancelled Order. Once an Order is accepted, cancellation and any change to it remain subject to the contract and applicable law.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
To request a cancellation or change before dispatch, contact Us promptly through Our Contact Us page with Your Order number. We will check the fulfilment status. We may be unable to stop or change a dispatched shipment; this does not remove any statutory cancellation or return rights.
Our Refund and Returns Policy forms part of these Terms and describes Our voluntary 30-day change-of-mind return offer. You may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving Your Order. Under this voluntary offer, Goods must be unused, unplayed and undamaged, with all included accessories. You may open the packaging to inspect them. These conditions do not apply to remedies for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed Goods, or override any rights provided by law.
Contact Us for the correct return address and instructions before sending a return under Our voluntary policy. Send the Goods within 14 calendar days of receiving those instructions and package them securely. A return authorisation is not a condition of exercising any statutory right. See Our Refund and Returns Policy for return postage and original delivery charge arrangements.
For eligible returns, We inspect the Goods and initiate the refund within 7 business days of receiving them, including the inspection period. If applicable law requires an earlier refund, that deadline applies, including where proof of return triggers it. Refunds are made to the original payment method unless another method is agreed and lawful. We do not charge a refund processing fee. The time for the refund to appear in Your account depends on Your bank or payment provider.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
If Goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact Us through Our Contact Us page with Your Order details and an explanation. Photographs can help Us investigate but are not an absolute condition of exercising Your rights. We will provide the repair, replacement, refund or other remedy required by applicable law and cover reasonable return costs where required. The voluntary return deadline, use of the Goods or absence of original packaging does not itself remove statutory rights.
Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, images, prices and availability. Screen settings may affect displayed colours; this does not limit Your rights if the Goods supplied are not as described.
We may correct genuine errors. If an error affects Your Order, We will explain it and obtain Your agreement before any substitution or change. We will not unilaterally increase the price of an accepted Order. If We cannot fulfil the Order as agreed, We will explain the available resolution and provide any refund or other remedy required by law.
Prices Policy
Prices may change for future Orders. The price agreed for an accepted Order will not be increased because of later changes in shipping costs, exchange rates or customs duties.
Prices are shown in the currency identified on the Website, and Your Order is payable in the currency expressly shown at checkout. Where alternative currencies are offered, review Your selected currency and final total before paying. Your card issuer or payment provider may apply currency conversion or other fees under its own terms.
The price of the Goods, delivery charges, discounts and any applicable tax collected by Us are shown before You submit Your Order. Where applicable law requires tax to be included in displayed prices, it will be included. No optional paid extra will be added without Your agreement.
Conditions, eligible products and expiry dates for promotions will be stated with the offer. Promotions do not reduce Your statutory rights.
Payments
Purchases of Goods are one-time payments. Use one of the payment methods actually offered at checkout. Available methods may vary by destination, currency and payment provider.
Payment is subject to authorisation by Your card issuer or payment provider. If authorisation fails, We will inform You where practicable and the Order cannot proceed until payment is confirmed. This does not limit any remedy required by law.
Shipping and Delivery
Our Shipping Policy forms part of these Terms. Delivery availability, available methods and charges are shown at checkout based on Your delivery address and the Goods in Your Order. Enter Your address to check the available options before placing an Order. If no shipping option is available, We cannot accept an Order for delivery to that address through checkout.
Our Shipping Policy describes the fulfilment arrangements, processing times and estimated delivery times. Delivery coverage may change for future Orders as shipping services and restrictions change. Changes do not alter the delivery arrangements agreed for an accepted Order without Your agreement.
If We cannot dispatch within the stated time, We will contact You with an updated date and the option to cancel for a refund before dispatch. If delivery is significantly delayed, missing or damaged, contact Us and We will investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable law. Delivery estimates do not remove Your consumer rights.
Cross-border Orders may incur import duties or customs clearance fees. Unless expressly included in the checkout total, these charges are the customer’s responsibility to the extent permitted by law. Relevant arrangements must be disclosed before ordering where required by law.
For consumer purchases, the Goods remain Our responsibility until delivered to You or someone You nominate, subject to any legal exception where You independently appoint a carrier We did not offer.
User Accounts
When You create an account with Us, You must provide Us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Please update Your information when it changes. We may restrict an Account where inaccurate information prevents Us from safely processing an Order, subject to the Termination section below.
You are responsible for taking reasonable steps to safeguard Your Account password. Contact Us promptly if You suspect unauthorised access. This does not make You responsible for losses caused by Our failure to meet Our own legal obligations.
You agree not to disclose Your password to any third party. You must notify Us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of Your account.
You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than You without appropriate authorization, or a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar or obscene.
Content
Your Right to Post Content
Where the Website enables reviews or other submissions, You are responsible for the Content You submit. You must own it or have permission to submit it, and it must not infringe another person’s rights.
You retain ownership of Your Content. By submitting it for publication, You give Us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce and display it on the Website, and make formatting changes needed to publish it without altering its meaning. This licence is limited to operating that feature and does not grant other users a general right to reuse Your Content.
Content Restrictions
Do not submit unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, defamatory or discriminatory material, spam, malware, personal information about others without permission, or material that infringes intellectual property rights.
We may moderate or remove Content that breaches these Terms or applicable law, and restrict abuse of submission features. These moderation rights do not permit Us to misrepresent customer reviews or exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Copyright Policy
Intellectual Property Infringement
If You believe Content on the Website infringes Your copyright or other intellectual property rights, contact Us through Our Contact Us page. Identify the material and its location, explain the rights concerned, and provide information allowing Us to respond. We will review the report and take appropriate action. This process does not replace any formal notice procedure or legal right available under applicable law.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by You or other users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors.
The Service is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without Our prior written consent, except where permitted by law. You may save or print these Terms, product details and Order records for Your personal use.
Links to Other Websites
The Website may link to third-party websites or services. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when You use them, and We do not control their content or practices. Please review those terms before using a third-party service. This does not limit Our obligations as the seller or exclude responsibility for Our own conduct.
Termination
We may suspend or close an Account where reasonably necessary to address fraud, unlawful activity, a serious breach of these Terms, or a risk to the security of the Website or other users. Where appropriate, We will explain the reason and allow You to resolve it. Immediate restriction may be necessary for urgent security or legal reasons.
You may request Account closure through Our Contact Us page. Account closure or suspension does not cancel Your rights relating to existing Orders, refunds or statutory remedies. We retain information only as described in Our Privacy Policy and as required by law.
Limitation of Liability
We are responsible for loss or damage caused by Our breach of contract or failure to exercise reasonable care to the extent recoverable under applicable law. We do not exclude or limit liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Nothing in these Terms restricts mandatory consumer rights, including rights relating to the quality, safety, description and fitness for purpose of Goods, or any entitlement to repair, replacement, refund or compensation. Australian consumers retain applicable guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
Website Availability
We aim to keep the Website available and secure but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, technical faults or circumstances outside Our reasonable control may affect availability. This statement concerns Website operation and does not disclaim product guarantees, excuse failure to fulfil an accepted Order, or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. This choice of law does not deprive You of mandatory consumer protections available under the law of Your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms requires You to give up any right to bring proceedings in Your local courts.
Disputes Resolution
If You have a concern about an Order or the Website, contact Us through Our Contact Us page with the relevant details. We will respond and work with You towards a resolution. Our support process does not restrict Your access to a payment provider’s dispute process, a regulator or any legal remedy available to You.
Severability and Waiver
Severability
If a provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. This does not authorise Us to replace the provision unilaterally to Your disadvantage.
Waiver
Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under these Terms shall not affect a party’s ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter nor shall the waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
Translation Interpretation
These Terms are provided in English. If We provide a translation, the English version is the reference version to the extent permitted by applicable law. This does not override mandatory local language requirements or consumer protections.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
We may update these Terms for future use of the Website and future Orders. The date at the top identifies the latest revision. We will give reasonable notice of material changes where required by law.
The Terms and product information agreed when You place an Order apply to that Order. Later updates do not retrospectively reduce Your rights or change an existing contract without Your agreement.
