This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed directly on www.becavo.com. Orders are fulfilled and dispatched for delivery to the address provided at checkout. Shipments may cross international borders and be subject to customs clearance. Delivery availability, available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order. Enter your address to check the available options before placing an order. If no shipping option is available, we cannot accept an order for delivery to that address through checkout.

Delivery coverage may change as carrier services and delivery restrictions change. These changes apply to future orders and do not alter the delivery arrangements agreed for an accepted order without your agreement. If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your address, please contact us through our Contact Us page before ordering.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Processing time is separate from delivery time.

If we cannot dispatch your order within the stated time, we will contact you with an updated dispatch date and the option to cancel for a refund before the order ships.

Delivery Time

Delivery is estimated to take 8–15 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate, and the actual delivery date may vary with the destination, carrier operations, customs clearance, or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

Available shipping methods and any shipping charges are shown at checkout before you place your order. The amount shown at checkout is the shipping charge for that order.

Import Duties and Customs Fees

Cross-border orders may be subject to import duties or customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. The customer is responsible for these charges to the extent permitted by law, unless they are expressly included in the checkout total. Customs authorities or the carrier may request payment before delivery.

Shipping Address and Delivery Problems

Please check your shipping address before placing an order. If you need to correct it, contact us as soon as possible through our Contact Us page. We may be unable to change the address after dispatch.

If your package arrives damaged, is missing, or is marked as delivered but you have not received it, contact us with your order number and any available tracking information. We will investigate and work with you on an appropriate resolution.

For consumer purchases, the goods remain our responsibility until delivered to you or someone you nominate, subject to any legal exception where you independently appoint a carrier we did not offer. This policy does not restrict any mandatory consumer rights.
